  Stopped in the store to check my plan. Left with a new tablet and a lowered monthly bill. Naysayers in these reviews must have unrealistic expectations bc I could not have been happier with the service i received from Rusty. Found my new store and couldn't be more pleased. The manager Neal was also very helpful. Will definitely be returning for any At&t needs I have. Thank you so much guys!

  I went to the store to pick up a sim card due to breaking the phone I had and needed a new sim card to put into a throw away phone I had. In doing so, I had to sign up for a month of Direct TV and pay $10.60. Later, when talking a rep online, I was told I never had to sign up in the first place and she was incredible sorry. Also, the service was very hesitant, I felt like I was doing something "sketchy" and they were not helpful at all.
